A new 254-unit apartment complex is moving closer to being built at Berkley Riverfront. The City Plan Commission approved it 5-0 Tuesday morning, with conditions.

This mixed-use development is set to go up right next to Bar K and east of the Heart of America Bridge. It will have 230 parking stalls underneath. Read on to find out more.
